1.Are you discreet ?
Yes, very discreet. All orders sent in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes. No indication on outside of package to what is inside. We keep all our customer records confidential. We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. You can add or delete your name from an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products and special offers. You must ask for this service, you will not be added unless you request to be included.

2.Can I order by phone ?
Yes! Just call 0845 100 3489. Please have the details of your order ready with your credit card. We recommend adding your items to your shopping cart and then print out the shopping cart page before calling us. We cannot accept fax.

3. How will my order be shipped ?
Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery by Royal Mail.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order ?
Goods that are in stock are dispatched the same day. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to get your goods to you in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United States and China so please allow 28 days before contacting us.

5. Do you ship to my country ?
Please look at our postage section for destinations we can ship to.

6. Is it safe to submit my credit card information ?
Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit. See our Security page for more information.

7. What will it show on my credit card statemen  ?
You card will be billed as Centurion Group Services

8. How can I pay for my order ?
You may pay with your Credit Card, debit card including Switch and Solo. You may also pay with a check or money order. If you elect to pay by check, your order will be shipped as soon as your check has cleared. When you mail your check, simply include a print out of your shopping cart page.
